I try to buy as local and organic as I can. Not only for my health, but to support local farmers and their crews. I am committed to doing so and encourage you to do the same.
Lady Moon Farms grows amazing organic tomatoes and more from their farms in Georgia, Pennsylvania and Florida. Look for them through your CSA, farmers’ market and grocery stores.
Divine Chocolate from Ghana has been my go to, fair trade chocolate for years. You can buy it at some Whole Foods and online at their site.
