Sit Quietly My Friends & Colour Your World

Sometimes you just have to colour your world…in the quiet, listening to your thoughts, meditating on the colours, thinking or not…..calm enjoyment. This quote spoke to me especially given the news and elections here and there. We can all do with a little quiet time.

My whirlwind of a move to Australia is almost done…..my ship has come in delivering all my worldly possessions of which now I have not a care.

This week or next –  what I can’t remember I packed will be delivered to my new apartment in Melbourne. I needed some peace and quiet. Remembering I brought my pens, and inks, pencils and a couple of colouring books with me. I spent a day sitting quietly colouring between the lines. Yeah I followed the lines, but the colours and white space were my choice.
