I had to share this video about the lack of support for creativity and innovation at NASA!! Amazing we got a plane off the ground let alone a shuttle…or that it took so long???

If we want to be innovative and inclusive, we must be willing to create open environments and to listen and act.

We are not engaged in rocket science…..but NASA is…take this You Tube video as a lesson we can all use.
