  1. What you are trying to accomplish? – What are your goals?
  2. How you are going to accomplish your goals? – write to your segmented lists, share your passion based on their interests – segment those lists.
  3. What communication channels – on and off line – do you plan to use to be most effective?
  4. What resources are you going to need to get the job done?
  5. Who will execute your campaign? Accountability is important to success.
  6. How will you measure success?
  7. Set time line and benchmarks.
