Generations Working Together – From Boomers to Millennials

I have been thinking about this a lot. We have more generations working together now than at any other time. Frankly, I love it. I think it changes the workplace in the best way possible. Different thought processes and perspectives are always good. As nonprofit leaders we can’t afford the same old ways and means to make our missions reality, serve our communities and raise more money! We have to work and learn together.
I want to thank fellow Rotarian Helen Blunden of Activate Learning Solutions in Melbourne, Australia for sharing this with me on Twitter during #rotarychat. We were discussing Millennials and she shared this great Vimeo video from Box 1824.
